Collection & Request Instructions

Tissue/Block selection by the pathologist is required.

Collection instructions: 30 shavings of 5um each, collect into 5ml screw cap conical based PCR tube: Eppendorf cat#0030122321 (do not substitute)

A NSW Health Pathology TCR Clonality analysis request form must accompany the specimen. A copy of the form can be downloaded from the online Test Catalogue 

A copy of the Histopathology report must also be included.
