Therapeutic Range for Voriconazole

Monitoring Voriconazole trough concentration at steady state (after one week of initiation or change of therapy) can be clinically helpful.

Suggested therapeutic range is: 1 - 5.5 mg/L.  Trough concentrations < 1 mg/L suggest inappropriate absorption and concentrations > 5.5 mg/L have been associated with toxicity.
