Subtherapeutic < 4.9 ug/mL
Therapeutic 4.9 to 8.0 ug/mL
Supratherapeutic > 8.0 ug/mL
COMMENT: The reported therapeutic range for trough adalimumab levels should be considered a guide only as clinically relevant drug levels may differ between diseases, with the majority of data based on inflammatory bowel disease management. The upper limit of the range is based on minimal data and therefore should be interpreted with caution. This result should be interpreted in clinical context, together with markers of disease activity. |
