Assay performed on Roche cobas e801(ECLIA)

Male Reference Interval:  < 2.47 ug/L

Female Reference Interval:  0.13 - 9.90 ug/L

(Ref: Roche Elecsys GH kit insert, based on 5th and 95th percentile of 299 normals).

Note: Biotin supplementation may cause falsely low results due to interference with the Growth Hormone assay. If the patient is known to be taking Biotin, interpret results with caution and contact the Chemical Pathologist (03) 90763118 if further discussion is required.
