Registration Instructions:

Test is performed in-house by Anatomical Pathology. Refer requests to the Immunohistochemistry laboratory.

Registration: Entered as an add-on test to a biopsy accession. Registration is performed by Anatomical Pathology.

Authorisation: Pathologist requested test. The pathologist will indicate if FISH or PCR is the preferred method of analysis.

Resulting: Test results will be incorporated into a supplementary biopsy report issued by the pathologist.

Note: If the test is unable to be performed internally it can be referred to Royal Brisbane & Womens Hopital.
