Send away registration for a FFPE tissue specimen is performed by Anatomical Pathology. Pathologist authorisation is required prior to sending.

A NSW Health Pathology TCR Clonality Analysis form must accompany the specimen. A copy of the form can be downloaded from the NSW Health Pathology Online Test Catalogue or click here

Collection & Request Instructions:

Tissue/Block selection by the pathologist is required.

Collection instructions: 30 shavings of 5um each, collect into 5ml screw cap conical based PCR tube: Eppendorf cat#0030122321 (do not substitute)

A NSW Health Pathology TCR Clonality Analysis request form must accompany the specimen. A copy of the form can be downloaded from the Online Test Catalogue

A copy of the Alfred Histopathology report must also be included.
