Registration Instructions:

Use GLFO if sample received in Fluoride/Oxalate tube.

Use GLFOF if sample is clearly marked Fasting ( especially for Trials because fasting reference interval is pulled.)

Fluoride Oxalate is the preferred sample where testing will be delayed and/or a diagnostic decision is required. For routine monitoring on inpatients serum is suitable.
