Guthrie cards can be collected from Chemical Pathology Registrar ( in stored in office, on shelf in box marked "Guthrie cards")

Processing Instructions:

Air Dry for at least 4 hours after collection

Transport Instructions between Sites and/or Laboratories:

Store and Transport in paper envelope

Air-dry the blood spots for at least 4 hours without heat before transport to the laboratory and then send ASAP.

Do not place or transport in plastic bags.

MUST BE APPROVED BY CHEMICAL PATHOLOGIST.
