Additional Notes:

Monoclonal immunoglobulin analysis by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (EXENT system by Binding Site, part of ThermoFisher Scientific). The test enables unique identification, isotyping and quantification of paraproteins for the purpose of monitoring multiple myeloma and other plasma cell dyscrasias.
