Assay run 3 x weekly  (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) - samples must be in lab by 11AM on each day.                               Results available at end of the day.

Therapeutic Ranges for Posaconazole

 We suggest to monitor Posaconazole trough concentration at steady state (7 days after starting therapy). Levels ≥ 0.7 mg/L are required for prophylaxis and ≥ 1mg/L for invasive fungal infection.
