Specimen Type : Whole Blood on a Guthrie Card

Fill 4 blood spots, allow to air-dry 4-24hrs, store at Room Temperature

Guthrie cards can be collected from Chemical Pathology Registrar ( in stored in office, on shelf in box marked "Guthrie cards")

Transport Instructions between Sites and/or Laboratories:

Store at Room Temperature, Transport in paper envelope provided (not in plastic specimen bag)
